Our clients agree that life coaching is the best personal development gift you can gift yourself. Unlike a one-to-many training course, the coaching goal and topics will be chosen by you, at the start of each coaching session. Regain your confidence and bravely walk into the best version of you.
A typical coaching programme begins with a Breakthrough Session. What are the big hairy goals you are working towards? What gives you energy? What areas of your life needs more attention now? These critical topics help set the compass for your coaching sessions, giving us the tools to partner, support, and challenge you.
Each session lasts between 45 to 55 minutes online, and you can expect a clear takeaway from each session, with questions or actions before the next time we connect. Habits and how we think take time to form. Our clients benefit the most when these coaching sessions take place over a period of at least 3 months, ideally meeting once every two weeks. The details can be discussed and tailored to your individual needs. All coaching programmes end with a Completion session, where we revisit key insights and reflect on the progress made, preparing for your next journey without sustained support from your coach.
